Manually launch the program ok, then when you get to the point of trying to 'Install USB modem drivers' it appears to install something, asks for you to insert the dongle, do that click ok, and nothing more happens, it never gets to the point of recognising the device (beyond just a USB memory stick) or installing device driver software.

If I run the installer again and chose the repair option, it appears to work, although doesn't automatically launch the program as the check box infers it will.

Yep, tried that a good few times now, and for me at least, it just doesn't work.I uninstall the old connection manager, but when I try to re-install the new one it fails the first time (with an error message saying the wizard was interrupted before the software could be completely installed). Does anyone know of a fix for this? Does anyone else have this problem? Awaiting responses with interest, chrispy.
